Purchase Guidelines

Dear Customer,

Welcome to "RegardStudio," where we offer handcrafted embroidered garments. To ensure your wearing experience and the lasting beauty of our products, we provide the following detailed purchase guidelines and care instructions:

Purchase Guidelines:

Unique Hand-Embroidered Colors:

You are about to receive a carefully crafted piece of hand-embroidered clothing, with each item being a unique work of art. Due to the nature of hand embroidery, we sincerely remind you that each piece may contain minor imperfections. We classify the defect rate by quality level:

Grade A (1.5%)

Grade B (3%)

Grade C (5%)

We hope you can appreciate and accept these small imperfections, as they are part of the charm of handcrafted items.

Wearing Suggestions:

To protect your garment from damage, please avoid contact with rough or sharp objects to prevent snagging or fraying.

Fabric Defects:

We strictly control fabric quality, but minor defects may occur during the handmade process. We will carefully inspect each product before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Touching Guidelines:

To prevent contamination, please ensure your hands are clean before touching the embroidered garment. We recommend wearing fabric gloves, as oils from your hands may affect the garment's appearance and texture.

 Storage Suggestions:

We recommend folding your garments for storage, especially those with padding, to avoid natural sagging from insufficient shoulder support. Using a dust cover for storage is also advised to prevent friction with other garments and avoid pressure from heavy items.

Care Instructions for Embroidered Garments:

Dry Cleaning:

To maintain the original appearance and texture, we recommend having your garment dry-cleaned at a professional service, choosing independent dry cleaning to avoid mixing with other clothes.

Washing Temperature:

Please use room temperature water for washing, avoiding hot water to prevent damage or accelerated aging.

Detergent Selection:

Use a detergent specifically designed for silk or sensitive fabrics, or a neutral detergent. Avoid bleach, soap, or strongly alkaline detergents to prevent fabric damage.

Washing Method:

When washing, use a gentle hand-washing technique. Avoid vigorous rubbing to protect the integrity of the embroidery and fabric.

Drying Instructions:

When drying, use a wide-shouldered hanger and recommend air-drying in the shade to avoid direct sunlight, which can preserve the garment's color and texture.

Ironing Instructions:

We suggest using a steam iron. If there are water droplets on the iron, please cover it with a white cloth to prevent direct contact with the fabric, avoiding damage.

We hope these instructions help you care for your embroidered garments so they can accompany you for a long time. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your understanding and support!
